Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. As stated above, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase to initiate a return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require additional time to process and post the refund.

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. This includes, but is not limited to: customers changing their mind, ordering the wrong item, the item not fitting, or minor cosmetic differences that do not affect the product’s functionality.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item once your return request is approved, and then place a separate order for the new item.

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days, no explanation required.
